List of Definitions:
Device Sale(s): Any device sold by RUNDAQ to a consumer.
Lost Information: Information that was present on a device or cloud-based system that was lost that is either recoverable or not recoverable.
Device Malfunction: A device that has became unresponsive or is in a non-working state.
Physical Damage: Damage to a devices physical hardware components.
Software Repair: Repair to a devices internal software, not relating to hardware.
Hardware Repair: Repair to a devices physical components, not relating to software.
Software: The programs and other operating information used by a computer.
Hardware: Central Processing Unit (CPU), batteries, Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), removable storage such as memory cards, input components such as mouthpiece or keyboard, and output components such as earpiece or screen, charging port, and all other physical components.
Repaired Parts: Any part that was either repaired or completely replaced.
